Our Policy

In order to serve our customers, below are our spa policies and etiquette. If you have additional concerns or questions, please feel free to contact us.

Appointments: We recommend that appointments be made in advance to accommodate your specific scheduling requests; however, walk-ins are always welcome.

Late Arrival: If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment.

Cancellation Policy: In regards to group parties: please call with 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. A deposit of 20% of all scheduled services will be required to hold appointments and will be surrendered in case of no-shows.

General Policies:

No Pets Allowed

No Refunds on Services Rendered

No Checks Accepted

We are Not Responsible for Any Personal Items Left Behind

We Have the Right to Refuse Service to Anyone
